D&L Project56 provides travel planning and coordination services. Refunds and cancellations depend on the nature of the service and third-party provider involvement.
Cancellation by the client: If you cancel our travel planning service before work begins, a full refund may be available. Once we have started planning your trip and communicating with providers, refunds depend on work completed and any costs incurred.
Cancellation by D&L Project56: We reserve the right to cancel if you do not respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe or if service cannot be properly delivered.
For accommodations, transfers, and other services booked through third-party providers:
