Scope of Services

D&L Project56 provides travel planning and coordination assistance for Malta stays. We offer guidance on accommodation selection, transport coordination, itinerary planning, and real-time travel support via WhatsApp.

Important: D&L Project56 is not an airline, accommodation provider, or transport operator. We do not own, operate, or control hotels, transport services, or attractions. We coordinate and advise on behalf of our clients.

Nature of Booking Assistance

When we assist with bookings:

• We provide recommendations and guidance based on client preferences
• Clients make final booking decisions and are responsible for reviewing terms before confirming
• We may help coordinate communication between you and third-party providers (hotels, transfer companies)
• All bookings are made with third-party providers, not with D&L Project56

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about travel dates, preferences, and requirements
• Review all booking details and provider terms before confirming
• Communicate changes or issues promptly via WhatsApp
• Check visa requirements and travel documentation needed for Malta
• Obtain appropriate travel insurance if desired

Pricing & Quotations

Prices quoted for accommodation, transfers, and services are based on information available at the time of quotation. Prices may change without notice from third-party providers. Final booking prices are determined by the providers themselves. D&L Project56 does not charge service fees unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

Third-Party Providers

When bookings are made with hotels, transfer companies, or tour operators, their terms and conditions apply. D&L Project56 is not responsible for:

• Quality or availability of third-party services
• Cancellation policies of accommodation or transport providers
• Changes made by third parties (room upgrades, downgrades, cancellations)
• Accuracy of descriptions provided by third-party services

For disputes with third parties, contact the provider directly.

Accuracy of Travel Information

We provide travel advice and recommendations based on local knowledge and available information. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee:

• Opening hours of attractions, restaurants, or services
• Weather conditions or seasonal changes
• Real-time availability of services or attractions
• Cultural or operational practices may change without notice

We recommend verifying critical information (hours, availability) directly with providers when needed.

Changes & Cancellations

Client-requested changes: Changes to bookings (dates, preferences, accommodations) are subject to third-party provider policies. Cancellation fees may apply per the provider's terms.

Provider changes or cancellations: If a provider cancels or significantly changes services, we will notify you immediately and assist with alternatives where possible.

Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, D&L Project56 is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages (lost enjoyment, emotional distress, etc.)
• Actions or failures of third-party providers
• Travel delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances
• Changes in travel regulations or requirements
• Personal injury or property damage unrelated to our direct negligence

Our liability is limited to refund of service fees paid to D&L Project56 only.

Communication & Support
