These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings and services provided by D&L Project56 EOOD (“D&L”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By booking any service, package, or itinerary, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
D&L Project56 is a boutique travel & lifestyle agency providing custom holiday packages and travel-related services, including accommodation coordination, airport transfers, local experiences, and itinerary support.

We are not a traditional hotel. We create and manage premium travel packages which may include services such as:

All prices are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed. Some services may be limited by availability, seasonality, or third-party supplier rules.
Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to protect both the traveller and D&L from last-minute losses.
Depending on the selected option, your booking may fall into one of these categories:
For bookings made closer to the travel date, a portion of the payment may be non-refundable due to planning, logistics, and supplier commitments. In most standard cases this may be between 10% to 20% of the total price.
Important: The non-refundable portion covers real coordination and preparation work and cannot be refunded. The exact amount depends on timing and supplier rules and will be confirmed in writing for each booking.
Cancellations made within the final days before arrival may result in reduced refunds or no refund at all, depending on supplier policies and the services already arranged.
If rescheduling is possible, we may offer date changes instead of refunds. Any rescheduling depends on supplier availability and may require a price adjustment.
Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take several business days.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events outside our control (e.g., airline disruptions, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, emergencies).
D&L Project56 acts as a travel service organizer/agent and coordinates with external providers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality failures of third-party suppliers.
We process personal data only to manage your booking and provide services. Where required, we may share limited details with suppliers (hotel, driver, guide) strictly for operational purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version effective at the time of booking applies to that booking.
