1. How to enter

Buying is never required. A free route into the draw always exists — follow and comment, or leave your email. Tagging a friend is optional and is never a condition of entry.
Entries close on 31 August 2026 at 23:59 CET. Open to entrants aged 18 or over. One entry per person per method.
2. The draw
The draw takes place on 1 September 2026. All entries are collected into a single list and one winner is drawn at random. The draw is screen-recorded and published on this website and on our channels, together with the total number of entries.
3. The prize
Two nights for two people in Malta, in a hotel or apartment with breakfast included, booked and paid for by the organiser. The winner does not choose the property.
Included: two nights' accommodation for two, breakfast, local tourist tax.
Not included: travel to and from Malta, other meals, transfers, insurance, and any personal expenses.
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be split.
4. Dates and validity
- The voucher is valid for nine months: the stay must be completed by 31 May 2027.
- The winner tells us their preferred period within 60 days of the announcement — by 31 October 2026.
- Exact dates are confirmed at least 30 days before arrival.
- All dates are subject to availability.
Excluded dates: 20 December – 6 January, Easter (Thursday to Monday), and Maltese public holidays. The voucher cannot be used on those dates.
5. Claiming the prize
We contact the winner using the details they entered with. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, a new winner is drawn and we announce it publicly.
6. Publishing the winner
By entering, you agree that if you win we may publish your first name and your social media handle (for example "Marco · @marco") in the recording of the draw and in the announcement post. We never publish your email address, surname, or any other detail. If you would rather not be named publicly, tell us when we contact you and we will announce you as "the winner" and nothing more — you keep the prize either way.
7. Your data
The data controller is D&L Project56 EOOD, Sofia, Bulgaria. We collect a name and an email address, and use them only to deliver the guide or the free chapter and to run this draw.
How long we keep it: entry data is deleted within 30 days after the draw, unless you have joined Club 56 or bought a product — in that case we keep what we need for your purchase and membership. You can ask us to delete your data at any time at club@dlproject56.com, and we will do it within 30 days.
8. Fair play
We may disqualify an entry, without notice, if we find fake or duplicate accounts, bot activity, purchases made only to be refunded afterwards, or any other attempt to game the draw. One person may hold entries from several methods, but not several identities.
Employees of D&L Project56 EOOD and members of their immediate family cannot take part.
9. Changes and cancellation
If circumstances beyond our control make it impossible to run the draw as described — technical failure, platform restrictions, or force majeure — we may change these terms or cancel the draw. If that happens we will say so publicly on this page and on our channels, and we will not be worse to anyone than these terms already promise. Any change is published with a new version number and date at the top of this page.
10. General
This prize draw is in no way sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or TikTok. By entering, you release those platforms from any responsibility relating to this draw.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Sofia. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
